Spring is here… I almost forgot what Spring felt like. I did feel a bit lost for a couple days not seeing any snow covering the roads, houses & lawns around town. Fortunately the confusion was only short lived!
The market is heating up in addition to the temperature. I’m seeing a ton of sold signs and have been working with lots of buyers and sellers who are motivated to buy and sell homes! February’s closed sales were up 68.6% over January with the average sale price being $197,016. Inventory is also down over this time last year which means demand and inventory are beginning to get into check.
